Vittel is a spa town in the Vosges
departement of Lorraine in northeastern France. It is situated
in the heart of the Lorraine Plains, southeast of Newfchâteau
and south of Nancy. The inhabitants are called "Vittellois".
The town is a thermal health spa for sufferers of metabolic illnesses
and mineral water from the source at Vittel has been bottled
and made available for curative and for commercial purposes since
the 1850s. It is bottled and sold here by Nestlé Waters
France, under the Vittel brand, and sold in many countries. |
