farm which consists of a 300 year old character Norman farmhouse
(Le Lavoir) and two charming gites (Le Pressoir & La Vacherie)
which have recently been converted to the highest standard to
offer the discerning holiday maker quality accommodation with
all the modern conveniences combined with the old world charm
of traditional Norman surroundings.

Cherbourg ferry terminal & 90 minutes from Caen !
- The nearest sandy beaches are
10-15 minutes drive away.

- For delicious croissants and
crispy baguettes every morning try the village grocer/bar, which
is 5 minutes walk away from us. For your wider requirements the
market town of La Haye du Puits offers excellent shopping facilities
such as Supermarkets, Banks, Bars, Restaurants, Post Office,
Bakers and Butchers etc. There is a traditional local market
every Wednesday.

lounge featuring exposed stone walls. Adjoining the lounge you
will find a generous kitchen/dining room.
First floor: Spacious bathroom with a modern white suite including
toilet, hand basin and bath, an adjacent smaller shower room
with toilet, hand basin and shower.

- There are two large double
bedrooms with lovely views over the adjoining rolling fields
and a small bedroom with a bunk bed most suitable for two children.
All three bedrooms feature exposed `A´ frames and fitted
carpets.

The room is furnished to a high standard including comfortable

- Across the hall, the focal
point of the house is the spacious rustic dining room, formerly
the kitchen, with its huge Inglenook fireplace housing an antique
Godin Colonial wood burning stove.

- The first floor is approached
by a large central staircase which leads to two good sized double
bedrooms with lovely views onto the character courtyard, one
with feature stone fireplace, a small single bedroom and a modern
bathroom with a white Victorian suite including bath, hand basin
and toilet
