This pretty little gite is on a small (not active) farm surrounded
by many hectares of farmland pasture.
It is the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet holiday, away
from passing traffic but only a short drive from forests, castles,
museums and pretty French villages.
The nearby town of Gorron has several shops, a supermarket, an
open-air swimming pool (summer), bars, cinema and bicycle rental.
You are only a 20 min drive away from the pretty, medieval small
towns: Lassay-les-Chateaux and Domfront.
Mayenne is a 25 minute drive away and if you continue another
20 minutes you arrive in beautiful Laval.
Nearby there are many river and park walks, loads of fishing
possibilities and there is a lake with beach. (45 minutes drive)

- Living area:
The gite is on one level - slightly elevated (outside stairway
of 9 steps) with a small balcony.
The front door opens into a spacious kitchen/diner and lounge
area.
Doors lead off into one double bedroom, a dressing room, shower
room and separate toilet.
The lounge area has a radio-tapes-CD player and a TV with English
channels.
The kitchen has a fridge, gas cooker with electric oven, microwave
and toaster.
In addition, there is a wood burner: a wonderful heater for winter
and chilly evenings.

- Garden / Outside:
Outside the front door is a small balcony with bench: the perfect
place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, whilst taking in
the beautiful views and watching hundreds of birds flying up
and down.
To the front of the property, there is a large grassed area with
a pond, chickens, a duck, a gooze and a lovely goat.
In addition, you also have your own private garden area with
garden furniture: loungers, table and chairs and a barbeque.
- From your bedroom window, you
have the most beautiful views over farmland adjoining the rear
of the property.
- There is a washing machine,
a steam iron, a hair dryer, a cot and high chair.
