Dinard is a town in the Ille-et-Vilaine
department of Brittany in northwestern France, located on the
Côte d'Émeraude. Its beaches and mild climate make
it a popular holiday destination, and has resulted in the town
having a variety of famous visitors and residents. Dinard lies
on the Gulf Stream enjoying a warm climate, several degrees warmer

the Promenade du Claire de Lune, which pipes out music throughout

Brittany sits in north-west France,
occupying a large peninsula separating the English Channel and
the Bay of Biscay. The town and port of Roscoff is served by
ferry links with England and Ireland. A long jagged coastline
is the region's great attraction, with magnificent beaches and
seaside resorts on the northern shores of Cote d'Emeraude and
Cote de Granit Rose. The south coast is gentler with wooded river
valleys, a milder climate and the prehistoric sites of Carnac
and the Golfe du Morbihan. The regional capital is Rennes and
the great castle at Fougeres is unmissable. |

Sleeps 4. This holiday home is completely restored and is located
only 2 km from Trigavou. It is the ideal starting point for exploring
the region. The sea and beach are only 10 km away in Dinard,
or maybe the forests of Coetquen, 20 km away? It is also possible
to visit the Anglo-Norman islands of Jersey and Guernesey. The
furnishing of the residence is comfortable. The old aspects have
been retained during restoration and combined with modern comforts.
In front of the house there is a courtyard and at the back there
is a large garden at 1200 m2. Children have a great deal of space
to play ball or other games. And you have enough room left over
to enjoy the French wines. |
