Aubenas is a town in the southern
part of the Ardèche department in the Rhône Valley
in southern France. It sits high up on a hill overlooking the
middle valley of the River Ardèche where the surrounding
countryside is mountainous and rugged. The highest point of town
around place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville is a charming maze of
streets with cobbles and bridges. |
